A Harare man has been arrested by ZACC on allegations of defrauding home seekers of US$4,580 using fake City of Harare offer letters and forged council documents in a residential stands scam.

The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested Chiredzi Town Council acting town secretary Consider Kubiku over allegations that he bypassed recruitment procedures to appoint and promote unqualified employees.
