HARARE – The Government has begun implementing a revised civil servant salary structure effective 1 April, with members of the uniformed forces expected to be the first to receive payments under the new framework.

Under the revised structure, salaries will range from approximately US$370 for lower grades to nearly US$900 for senior positions. Entry-level workers in Grade A3 are expected to earn between US$370 and US$375, while employees in the B band (B1 to B5) will receive salaries ranging from US$376 to US$435.
