BEATRICE – Police have arrested two men in connection with a series of armed robberies that occurred in Beatrice earlier this month, while a third suspect remains on the run. At least two people have been confirmed dead following a collision between a Bless It Up bus and a Heyman Kole truck at the 87km peg along the Harare–Masvingo Road on Saturday, 28 February 2026. The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) confirmed the fatal road traffic accident, stating that both drivers died as a result of the crash.
