A 42-year-old woman and her two-year-old child were reportedly detained after she resisted the alleged takeover of her Clipsham plot amid a wider land dispute involving more than 700 residents.

The Government has issued a final three-month deadline for beneficiaries of Urban State Land to settle outstanding obligations or face cancellation of allocations and repossession of the land.
