HARARE — The Ministry of Local Government and Public Works has issued a public warning about Oswald Katuwe, formerly a Liquor Licensing Clerk in Bulawayo Metropolitan Province, after receiving reports that he has been soliciting money from members of the public while falsely claiming to be a serving government official.
