Senator Kucaca Phulu has questioned the prolonged absence of Foreign Affairs Minister Amon Murwira from the Senate after saying a question directed to his ministry has remained unanswered for almost a year.

The National Assembly will reconvene on Tuesday after President Emmerson Mnangagwa called an extraordinary sitting to consider Senate amendments to Constitution Amendment Bill No. 3, a crucial step before the legislation can become law.
