LSZ Demands Answers Over “Handpicked” Law Firms for Title Deeds Digitization

Zimbabwe Launches Digital Title Deeds Pilot: A 14-Day Sprint Toward Property Reform
The Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs has officially moved from policy to practice, launching a critical two-week pilot programme to validate and digitally re-issue property title deeds. Starting April 1, 2026, this initiative marks the first operational phase of a nationwide transition mandated by Statutory Instrument 76 of 2025 (Deeds Registries Regulations).
