The High Court has ruled against Wicknell Chivayo in his attempt to halt Sonja Madzikanda's claims for asset division, maintenance and recognition of a civil partnership. Justice Fatima Maxwell dismissed the application, saying it sought to defeat an existing consent order agreed to by both parties.
