Gwanda, Zimbabwe- The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) have launched an investigation into a devastating fire that claimed three lives at the Lone Mine 50 Compound in Makwe, Gwanda. The victims, who are yet to be identified, were sleeping in a cabin when the blaze broke out at approximately 10:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
