Fresh anti-immigrant violence in South Africa has forced foreign nationals to flee their homes, with hundreds seeking shelter as governments organise voluntary repatriation programmes.

BEITBRIDGE – A bus driver transporting Malawian nationals from KwaZulu-Natal to a repatriation camp near Beitbridge Border Post was killed and 11 passengers injured after the vehicle overturned on South Africa's N1 highway in the early hours of Wednesday. The crash occurred about four kilometres south of the Beitbridge Border Post near Musina, according to the Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety.
