WLSA Zimbabwe Executive Director Isheanesu Chirisa has been recognised as Director of the Year 2025 in the NGOs and Civil Society Organisations category by the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe.

Jacob Mudenda has urged members of the ruling ZANU-PF in Masvingo to closely monitor the activities of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) operating in the province. Mudenda, who is also ZANU-PF Secretary General, made the remarks while addressing a Masvingo Provincial Coordinating Committee (PCC) meeting at the Robert Mugabe School of Education.
